Using the current product
Portfolio Work Studio provides a free browser tool for creating a structured portfolio, saving a local project, importing or exporting a project backup, and downloading a static website. You may use the included templates to create and publish your own portfolio website.
You are responsible for using a supported browser and keeping any project backup you may need. The current product has no account, server-side copy, or recovery service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for text, images, links, names, contact details, and other content you place in a project or exported website. Only use material you have the right to use. Obtain permission where a project involves confidential work, personal information, copyrighted assets, trademarks, client materials, student data, or another person's contribution.
Do not use the product to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or impersonating content. Do not use exported templates to misrepresent employment, clients, outcomes, qualifications, authorship, or project status.
Template and product materials
The original Portfolio Work Studio application, brand, documentation, and template systems remain protected by their applicable rights. The exported portfolio is intended for your own presentation and ordinary modification. These terms do not grant a right to resell the templates as standalone templates, present them as your own template product, or redistribute the builder source outside the repository's eventual license.
The repository must adopt an explicit software license before public source distribution. Until then, the presence of source code does not itself state a redistribution license.
Third-party hosting and links
A downloaded website can be uploaded to an ordinary static host. Hosting, domain, registrar, and linked third-party services are separate providers. Their availability, billing, moderation, security, and terms are outside the current local tool.
Portfolio Work Studio does not inspect or approve external links you add. Review them before publishing and keep them current.
No hosted publication or support promise
The current application does not publish a subdomain, receive contact-form submissions, provide analytics, maintain online versions, or synchronize devices. Future roadmap notes are plans, not commitments or guarantees of timing, price, or availability.
Availability and local-data risk
The tool may change, contain defects, or be unavailable. Browser APIs and storage behavior vary. Keep independent backups and review exported files before relying on them. No statement on this page creates a guarantee that local browser data will be retained or recoverable.
Changes and operator information
These terms should be revised when the implementation or operating entity changes, and before accounts, hosted publishing, payments, email, analytics, or other data-handling features launch. Effective-date, jurisdiction, contact, dispute, warranty, liability, and consumer-rights provisions require professional review and cannot be responsibly invented in this implementation phase.
